A Love Note To The Vegan Brownie

Brownies are my absolute favourite. Ever since I moved from chocolate to cakes, they've had my heart. You just can't beat the smell of freshly baked brownies — that gooey texture, that chocolatey goodness.

For a long time I wanted to share that with vegans and gluten-free customers, but bakery restrictions made it impossible. So over the past year, the team and I have been quietly working on a solution.

And we cracked it. Our Vegan Brownie is gooey, chocolatey, and completely vegan — topped with an Oreo cookie. It went through so many versions before we were happy with it, and now I can say: it is here to stay.
