Double Chocolate Tiffin

When regular chocolate biscuits don't cut it. Super easy, tastes incredible.

Ingredients

Base

  • 345g dark chocolate
  • 390g digestive biscuits
  • 175g salted butter
  • 85g golden syrup

Topping

  • 400g milk chocolate
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 20g dark chocolate

Method

Melt butter, dark chocolate, and golden syrup together. Chop biscuits and fold in. Press into a lined 20cm tin and refrigerate until firm.

Melt milk chocolate with coconut oil and spread over the base. Drizzle dark chocolate on top. Set completely before slicing.
